Cuci The Musical

Watch Cuci the Musical on saturday night. I was the mastermind behind it haha. Apa-apa movie melayu yang ada Afdlin berlakon, confirm aku beli tiket. Since Hans Isaac had decided to turn his film Cuci into theater, I was kinda excited to watch. Plus Risz havent had the chance to watch any kind of theater, (sebab last year aku lupa nak ajak dia tgk P Ramlee the musical), so I ajak la dia this time around. For sure he's excited as I am so I instantly bought the tix. Well not kinda instantly, late couple of days because I have to make sure the plan doesn't mix up with his. So at the time I bought the ticket, the best seats had SOLD OUT! The ones left yang mahal gilak sampai beratus tu and yang murah gilak sampai rm35 tu (student price ehermm). So end up we bought the cheapest one lah. Tak kuasa nyah nak beli yang ratus-ratus tu.

So there is he coming all the way from Malacca as usual, and I ajak dia lunch dekat Hotel Singgahsana. My mom gave me this complementary buffet for 2 that she got masa convention at this hotel last few month so I taught of using it at that time. I of course la dah reserve before coming and I knew theres going to be a seminar thingy going on there from 12 to 3pm so they had to reserve the buffet for them. So when we arrived around 4pm they said we cannot have the buffet, instead they'll treat us anything that we want on the menu. Hmmm... ANYTHING? haha... Terus agreed. Tak dapat buffet pon tak pelah. Anything is better than buffet kan? Haha salah tu. Anything is better because dia kata buffet is just nasi and lauk2 jer. Boring.. So apa lagi. Buka menu, terus cari dish yang paling mahal sekali. That's our point right? ;P

Nasib aku tak tambah ice-cream etc, kang bankrup Hotel ni kang haha. After spending almost 2 hours chatting and getting to know each other, wtf kami jumpe 2 kali sebulan je ogeh? haha no lah just updating ourself on latest gossip going on around. Families, sister's wedding, future preparation, erk.. deep conversation's going on. All this while 3G je kan. Bila jumpe depan-depan baru la real ;)

Istana Budaya here we come! Sampai IB lepak minum free nescafe gold. Just when I needed the most, thanx IB. Oh lupa, on that day I was sick with fever, sore throat, flu and cough. 4 in 1. Sebab kekasih datang, tabahkan jiwa weh... Macam Romeo and Juliet tak? No? I wish haha..

Okey apart from the great distance from the scene, I enjoyed the theater. Risz, excited. Yah I know feeling. My first time, I duduk depan gileeeee. Excited tahap monyet watching every scene. So aku rasa PRamlee the musical was still the best. Salahkan seat!

Of course Cuci the musical banyak scene lawaksss nak gila. My favorite actor would be AC, ya you know AC memang kelakar gila (I also love his show AC). Yang menarik perhatian of course masa Afdlin mimics the ever so gedix word 'O M G' that made everyone laugh like hell and the girls would feel malu sebab itu adalah perkataan yang kita sebut bila dengar gossip panas haha.

Lagi satu my fav scene, masa reefa the rapper berlakon as the host and interviewed this one stuck up girl.

Reefa: So macam mana you tahu about this WWO (World Washing Olympic)?

Girl: huh? HELLOOOOO.. Havent you heard about Facebook and Twitter? DURHHHH!

*Right to his face and terus this girl blah. haha*

Reefa: Ya itu dia.. Dia tahu daripada Facebook atau dikenali sebagai mukabuku dan twitter atau dikenali sebagai er..er.. Tertwit

Whole audience laugh. Sakit purut aku dengar tertwit tu. Bodo ahh... bahah

The show ended at 12.15am! 3 jam lebih. Then ada sesi bertemu dengan the actors and actress. Risz dah tak sabar nak balik aku pula nak intai Hans Isaac and Adibah Noor. Tunggu punya tunggu 12.35am baru diaorang keluar..

Okey dah puas tengok Adibah Noor dengan lipstik merah mengancam, Vanida yang super pretty and my beau Hans Isaac bahah. Malas aku nak join beratur ambil gambar sume, dah la line panjang, jam pukul 12.40am, kang tak pasal-pasal kena tidur luar. Nasib abah chill je tgk kami balik umah kol 2am hehe.

Sabah: Day 8

Last day at Sabah! Finally... haha..
We went back to Pasar Filipina for last minute shopping.


Aku kena teman si Najla cari souvenir untuk kawan lelaki dia. Puas la pikir nak bagi ape. Takde yang cocok. Kalau bagi gelang macam gay pulak, bagi scarf lagi macam gay (sebab warna warni), bagi keychain macam biase-biasa je. Aku bagi idea, kasi jela topeng yang scary2 neh. Dia reject. Last-last dia nampak uncle aku beli rokok Malboro terus dia lari tinggalkan aku. Siot betul. 3 kotak Rm10 cam gitu. Pe lagi. Berasap ah member2 dia nanti. Brapa kotak tah dia beli. Hmm jimat gak haha..

Aku jadi sawan sebab nak sangatttt beli beg di atassss.. Siap heret emak 5 kali tawaf pasar filipina sebab aku terlupa kedai dia. Last-last dah jumpe, boleh pulak beg kesayangan ni ada defect pulakkkkk.. Harga dia rm50, last price takleh tawar dah. Mak aku kata kat orang tu, "kalau awak jual rm30 pon saya taknak beli". Arghhhh! Sabar je la ngan emak aku yg emosi giler neh.. So akhirnya tak beli pon beg itu.. tinggal kenangan jer... Aku tangkap gambar beg ni cepat-cepat supaya lain kali boleh kirim kat Kak Ain beli. Harus!

And guest what? Kapal terbang aku, Naj and Uya transit ke Labuan weyyyyy... Supposedly memang normal lah flight kami lambat beberapa minit dari emak, tapi disebabkan transit, 2 jam diaorang kena tunggu kami di KLIA nanti. Nasib sudah.. Nak tukar pon dah terlambat. Takpe layan aje.. Boleh turun jap kat Labuan nnti hehe..

Sebelum balik kena puaskan jiwa yang rakus untuk peluk cium gigit Irfan Khairi. Wajib. Tapi tak berkesan pon. Sebab setelah beberapa saat berada di dalam flight aku dah rindu si budak busuk neh.. Kejap-kejap panggil Irfan... Irfan.. sah gila.


Sampai sudah Labuan airport! Budak dua ekor neh tak nak turun sebab takut tertinggal flight. Transit 20 minute gitu. Durhh sooo sissy. So aku jela turun sebab batak kan mesti ah nak rasa. Padahal terpedaya dengan kata-kata Kak Ain cokelat kat Labuan murah gileeee. Aku turun jer terus lari gelabah cari coklat. Kalah amazing race wey. Kalo budak 2 ekor tu tahu la aku gelabah macam tu, sah kena gelak kaw-kaw. Lepas ambil pass transit dan berlari beli coklet, aku selamba patah balik nak masuk dalam flight. Tapi kena tahan dengan abg flight attendance dia soh tunggu kat tempat duduk dan tunggu announcement. Damn haha.. Takde sivik betul. Siapa yang cuak skang?


So tunggu punya tunggu, dengan muka gelabah aku tunggu lah (macam takde point ayat ni). Dalam hati, "Oh flight ada lagi, tak kan tertinggal punya.. (sambil intai kapal terbang sendiri kat cermin)". Tiba-tiba ada sorang abg neh duduk dekat ngan aku. Haa kita mesti sama flight ni.. Lega.. haha.. Melayu lah okeh bukan orang hitam. Tiba-tiba dia tegur.
"Your the girl from my group?"
"Hah? Nooo"

Apekah? Borak-borak jap. Tanya nak ke mana dari mana. Rupanya dia ada drilling program in Labuan and one of the girl dalam group dia looks like me. Like, whateva. I cant remember the drilling program was from Petronas or Shell. Sekali datang instructor dia mat salleh terus end the talking haha. Ya, aku tak tertinggal flight thank you. Sampai tempat duduk tunjuk cokelat tapi kena gelak sebab harga Cadbury yang aku beli tu macam tak beza sangat je dengan harga sebenar. Ah biah ah. Janji dapat turun Labuan dan bli cokelat bluek. Korang penah buat ke? ;P

Sampai KL abah ajak pergi Deepavali open house. Oh baru teringat. The day that we went back from Sabah is on Hari Deepavali. Nasib baik open house around our neighborhood je. The food tersangatlah sedapppp. Nak tambah tapi dah kenyang makan dalam flight. Sooo.. thats the end of our journey to Sabah. Hectic and fun. Double trouble. Truly Asia haha.

Goodbye Sabah. I will miss you.. MUAH!

My Top 5 Treat List

Everyone has its own treat list. There's never an end to it I guess. I have many many many many treat list but I'm not going to tell it all here. Let me cut it down to my top 5 treat list. Are you ready?

1. Mercedes McLaren SLR Convertible

Everyone who's breathing has their dream car. Mine is always.. Mercedes McLaren SLR Convertible. Not a feminine choice I guess haha.. It was love at first sight. I love the sleek design and the silverish finishing. Mercedes? Enough said.

2. Trip to Rome to see The Colosseum

I have a thing with Rome history because it somehow amazed me in a way I cant described. The Colosseum is one of the greatest works of Roman architecture and Roman engineering. I'm eager to experience the excitement going there.

3. iphone 3Gs

This phone is my ultimate dream! I've always look for the design and iphone completes it all. You might judge that it is not the best phone in town, well who cares? haha.. Apple will come up with another new design soon but as for the time being, this is my treat.

4. Chanel 2.55

One of a kind, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad

Hello Bloggers!

I'm typing this as quick as the rain falling. The weekend is awesome. I'll spill it out later. No internet for the past 3 days so thats why I'm not updating. Like obvious.

Just a quick updates on someone that I admire. Who doesn't? Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad is undoubtedly one of a kind. I adore his leadership, courage, dignity and much more. I have heard bad things about him being dictator or whatsoever, but that cannot be simply amusing to what he has done for Malaysia. I grew up during his years as the prime minister. Now look what he has done to Malaysia. I'm proud to be Malaysian. No prime minister can be compared to him. Even our latter PM.


Last friday my sister Najla post up a link on Facebook regarding Tun's interview with BBC. Ko tengok la Najla Yuri comment ape. "Westerns! We Malaysian are not stupid ok..! Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad i just love your guts. Im proud he was a former of PM. May God Bless Him. I miss you Tun =)". Yang ayat last tu memang tak boleh blah haha. Mentang-mentang ko amek law kan. Dulu minah ni pernah bagi aku article rahsia regarding Tun Salleh Abas. Yela aku ni asek dok hadap buku electronics jer, tiba-tiba dia bagi aku article tu memang tersentap la jugak. Orang blaja law ni lain pula. Sejarah kena tiptop. And cakap harus nak menang saja :P



And Im able to watch it just now. Aku suka part di bawah the most. Perdebatan hangat. Tapi tengok la Tun. Rilekssssss je beb. Bak kata Najla, he speaks with knowledge and knowledge is power.

1. Kek Lapis Sabah tempah dekat jiran Kak Ain, siap dalam masa sehari. Nama Kek Lapis Sabah tapi orang Sarawak yang buat. Ironic.
   
2. Mak rebus telur penyu. Tapi hanya emak dan Uncle Raman yang makan. Gulp.

Nasi lemak akan jadi 1st class kalau sambal dia sedap. I mentedarah 2 bungkus so its definitely 1st class

Move our ass to KK after breakfast. But tayar van pecah 20 minutes after that! Semua muka bengang tahap tapir. Uncle Adi jadi Hulk Hogan marah semua, kata jangan seronok sangat. Jangan gelak melalak. He means, jangan gelak terlalu gampang. I get what he means.

Lelaki betulkan tayar. Perempuan lepak beli keropok. Eh bukan. Perempuan cari toilet nak kenc. Banyak betul perangai.

Setelah selesai, singgah di Kota Belud. Pasar hanya buka hari Ahad. Uncle Adi nak beli parang so kami ke Bajau Parang making at Kota Belud.

Setelah itu singgah di Taman Buaya Tuaran. What the… I have no idea why we went there. Of course tak masuk just browsing through the stores selling handbags made of crocodile skin. You want to buy? Boleh… Murah saja. RM 35000 hamek kau haha.

Hang around Pasar Filipina. Here they offer you a variety of jewelry made of sea water pearls. Earrings, necklaces, ring and bracelets. Whatever you want, whenever you want. I searched for busur panah. Found it terus kerching. At first I was worried because everyone was blurred when I ask for busur panah. Sebab ada orang tuuu dah pesan suruh beli, I gigihkan jiwa raga tanye dan search sampai dapat.

After few hours, lepak-ing belakang pasar Filipina pula. Ada pasar malam dan gerai makan selling seafood. SO TEMPTING weh!! We didn’t eat there as we have to meet someone else somewhere.

Day 7 was tiring. I was devastated sebab tak berpeluang pergi Tg Aru dan Poring Hot Spring! Tak sempat mehhhh.. Walaupon begitu takdirnya, I tak sedih lama-lama. Sebab Tuhan dah bagi peluang untuk kita ketawa gembira dan spend time with the family. Make used of it while we still have the chance. Gambar bernilai of the day adalah..

Sixthseal is the last blogger to be featured in Project Alpha and you know what? Im eager to get to know this guy! Out of 7 bloggers on Project Alpha, sixthseal.com is really alienate to me. Besides nicolekiss.com, this is my first time knowing these 2 famous bloggers.

Episode 1: I get to know where the name sixthseal came from. The bible. Jojo claim Sixthseal.com as a notorious blogger. Why? He used to be a drug addict, which I think he got balls to admit it. He started when he was 15 man. And he openly blogs about it. He went to rehab 3 times and now he is completely clean. You go bro!

Episode 2: Hear what sixthseal has to say about his experience staying in rehab. Awful wehh..

Episode 3: Life after rehab. No more heroin etc. Wehu! Watch the part where he pierce! He cope emotional pain by cutting himself and do piercing. That was before. Now he'd channel it into body art and body modification. Erk.. Talking about dealing with emotional pain by hurting yourself. Tell me about it. I used to have a friend doing that.

Episode 4: He used to go au naturel at the beach wehh!! hahahaha.. Crazy la this guy. Yah I agreed with Jojo. You can be arrested for that ;P Bungee jumping, check. Skydiving, check. Damn I want to try bungee jumping too! ONE DAY

Episode 5: Sixthseal and Jojo goes to gym! He showed his entire tattoo including the tattoo of his ex gf name. Does he regret it? He said, No remorse, No regret. Uyeh!

Episode 6: Jojo met his ex gf and ask how they two first met. In tha toilet ogeh? Like, what? Okey weird. Watch the rest of this episode then you’ll know. After that, Jojo challenge him to eat fire. It's gonna be on the last episode which hasn't come out yet. I dunno what to expect. Haha!

From all of the interview session, I can say that this guy went through a lot of hassle. He is very honest about himself. No pretending at all. Yah of course we can’t tell a person by just looking on the screen. But it’s the tv that made you fall in love with someone right? (for example Edward Cullen off topic off topic haha)

My favorite part (always) is when these famous bloggers spill out their blogging tips. Sixthseal tips was:

1. Always keep it real! If you say you gonna do it, DO IT. (yah I can do that ;P)
2. Always reply your reader comment because when they comment they expect a reply. It’s a conversation between you and your reader.
3. Create interesting content. Keep your post interesting, fresh, be wild, be creative (ey, not too wild la wehh haha), just do anything to grab your readers attention.
4. Just be yourself. Always stay true to yourself. If you believe in something, believe in it, then express it in your blog with word, photos or video.

Orang Hitam

I'm not sure if anyone of you has encounter the same situation as mine, but I can bet most of you have.

I'm on my way to Pavilion for lunch with my bestie Shidan yesterday. I came from Lot 10 and walk pass the buildings heading to Pavi. Suddenly I bumped into this black man who was walking beside me. I walk pass him. Suddenly I heard a voice from behind. I turn over to look. It was the black man.

Man: Hey there
Me: Hye
Both of us was smiling to each other. Hey Malaysian hospitality meh. As we walk, the 5 minutes conversation started.

Man: Where are you heading
Me: To pavilion
Man: Oh you work there
Me: Nope having lunch
Man: Oh with ur bf isit
Me: hehe no lah with my friend
Man: What's your name
Me: Afra
Man: Oh Rafa
Me: AFRA!
Man: Afra. You are very beautiful
Me: haha no lah
Man: How old are you
Me: 23
Man: What, 23? Hey you look like seventeeeeen!
Me: hah 17???! Where got lah! No lah hahaha
Man: Yes you do
Me: So where ur from
Man: Nigeria
Me: Nigeria? Ic..
Man: Can I have your number *dah keluar hp siap-siap*
Me: Hah for whattt
Man: I want to be your friend bla bla bla
Me: heh. No need lah heh heh
Man: So ur working or what
Me: I just graduate. You?
Man: I studied at College *I cant remember* near KLCC
Me: Ic. So you going there right now la?
Man: Yup. So whats your number
Me: heh heh no need la
Man: Oh.. So you have a bf..
Me: Ya
Man: You are very very pretty. Your bf is very lucky
Me: Erk. hahahaha (Yah 'very' lucky)

We say our goodbye's in front of Pavi. Actually mereka ni very friendly. No harm in that. Selamba batak tegur strangers. Sweet talker obviously. I had encountered this situation 3x. Same tactic, same words. Mesti ade beautiful lah, pretty lah. And they are not shy to ask for your number. If they're not bothering you or harassing you, just return the politeness with a smile. Malaysia kan kaya dengan senyuman tak gitu? ahaks~ ;)

Sabah: Day 6

Hari keenam which is on thursday, we just stayed home and preserved its beautiful nature. Di depan rumah Kak Ain and Abg Yen, we found this...



Such a beautiful beach! Boleh mandi but everyone just wanna hang around and makan angin. Sebenarnya malas nak tuka2 baju haha. Jealous betul dengan orang-orang duduk sini. Every second boleh jalan-jalan tepi pantai wehhhhhhhhh. Mandi la kau sampai ke malam. Ade aku kesah?
